Sustainable Living: Using Less Plastic in the Kitchen

  • Voageur Brewing Company 233 West Highway 61 Grand Marais, MN, 55604 United States (map)

4 Week Series

Want to cut down on plastic but feel overwhelmed? Need motivation to get back on track? Inspired by the Less Plastic For Lent initiative and looking for support to move forward?

Facilitated by sustainability teacher and life coach Dorothy and working-mom-of-three Jourdan, this 4-week series of workshops will help you explore how you can use less plastic in your kitchen. Each week you’ll learn and share tips, set personalized goals, and work through fun, easy steps to set up storage solutions, navigate local grocery stores, and buy and prepare food that works for your family.

We believe using less plastic is for everyone; it doesn’t have to be stressful, expensive, or inconvenient. Focusing on one area of your life will make it doable, and joining forces with an inspiring, supportive group will make it fun!
